Everything Has Changed is the fourteenth track and sixth single of Taylor's fourth album Red. It was released on October 22, 2012 and became a single on July 16, 2013. It features Ed Sheeran.

Meaning and Background

Taylor and Ed both had their management reach out to each other at the same time, as they both wanted to make a song together. It was written in Taylor's backyard.

The song focuses on the feeling of when you first meet someone and all of a sudden the way that the world looks to you changes. It's about how everything looks different to you because of this one person, because one new person came into your life.

• This is Taylor's first collab with Ed Sheeran, the second being End Game.
• The song was leaked four days before it's release.

The music video was released on June 6, 2013. It's directed by Philip Andelman.

Storyline
The video starts with a girl waiting on the school bus. As she enters the bus, she sits next to a boy reading a comic book. At school, they spend a lot of time together: they decorate cookies, watch a movie of Paris, play princess and knight and eat together at the playground, the boy plays guitar for the girl and they do yoga while the others kids are playing soccer. They sneak out during class to look at a snake and build a tent. They also paint their faces, go to the park where the boy reads a book for the girl and dance in an empty gym. When they get out of school, they each run to their parents; the girl's mom is Taylor and the boy's dad is Ed. Taylor and Ed smile at each other before they take their kids home.
